  Roger Berkley, PT, MBA, CHE President Owner, Paxxon Healthcare Services President, Weston/Paxxon Senior Rehab Services

Roger is a graduate of Ithaca College, Physical Therapy Program. After obtaining his M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Binghamton, Roger began his career in health care administration. Roger possesses over 30 years of health care delivery and management experience. Prior to joining Paxxon Healthcare Services, Roger served as the Vice President of Rehabilitation for St. Charles Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in Port Jefferson, New York, where he also managed strategic planning, business development, and operations for the rehabilitation division.

Roger Berkley is a seasoned health care professional with a global understanding of hospital operations and the intricate dynamics of strategic planning, including the post-acute care continuum. His strategic focus, progressive vision, mature business judgment and extensive hands-on experience effectively address the ever-changing needs of the health care industry. He is currently a Diplomat in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

 Susan Williamson, MA, ATC, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development Paxxon Healthcare Services

Susan Williamson is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts where she attained her Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training. She also earned a Masters Degree in exercise physiology from Adelphi University in Garden City, New York. She possesses over twenty years of clinical and marketing experience in various arenas of rehabilitation.  Susan has been with PRN Physical Therapy for 6 years.

 Lisa Giaccone, PT

Lisa has a Masters Degree from Long Island University in Brooklyn.  She has extensive experience in orthopedic and neurological outpatient rehabilitation and is a certified lymphedema therapist.  She has been a part of our rehabilitation team for 4 years and our patients just love her!  Lisa is a hands-on therapist with great experience in both outpatient and geriatric populations. 

 Stephen M. Joseph, PT, MAPT, ATC, CSCS     PHOTO TO COME

Stephen has over 20 years of physical therapy experience including outpatient orthopedic centers and sports medicine facilities.  He is also a Certified Athletic Trainer.  He has extensive experience working with and rehabilitating athletes of all levels.  As a compliment to his athletic training experience, Stephen is also a certified strength and condition specialist (CSCS).  He enjoys developing individual strengthening and conditioning programs for his patients who want to return to the highest level of activity possible.  Overall, Stephen has excellent skills and knowledge in the management of orthopedic injuries.

PRN is pleased to add sports therapy into its practice.  This additional service compliments the hands-on manual therapy approach we currently provide.

Karen N. Scheck, MA, PT, PCS

Karen is our Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy.  She has dedicated almost 15 years specifically to the care and treatment of the pediatric population.  Formerly, Karen was the Director of Pediatric Rehabilitation at a local rehabilitation hospital.  She is active in the academic preparation of future pediatric physical therapists by serving as an adjunct professor at SUNY Stony Brook and Touro College School of Health Sciences.

Our Office Staff

 Stephanie is our Billing Coordinator.  She works hard in our administrative office and is happy to answer any insurance and/or billing questions that you might have.  She is always there for our patients when they need assistance.

 Ashley is our Billing Assitant.  She works in our administrative office and is responsible for entering the daily charges of our 9 other locations.
